Facebook, CRM and account data
Request deletion of your data.
You can revoke Facebook access and request removal of information held by the service. These are separate steps: removing an integration does not automatically delete an organisation’s existing CRM records.
1. Stop future Facebook access
In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings and look for Business integrations or Apps and websites. Select the app used by your ElevateLeads workspace and choose Remove. Meta’s menu names may vary. This revokes the integration’s authorised future access; it does not delete your Facebook account.
2. Send a deletion request
Email support@elevateleads.tech with the subject “Facebook data deletion” or “CRM data deletion”. Include your workspace URL, the email associated with your CRM account, and the Page/form or record concerned, if known. Say whether you want the connection/tokens removed, particular imported records deleted or your account/workspace deleted.
If you are a prospect whose enquiry was submitted to a business, identify that business and the contact detail used in the enquiry so the record can be located. Contact that business’s administrator as well. Do not include your password, app secret, access token or a copy of your identity document in the initial request.
3. Verification and confirmation
We verify the request and authority using proportionate information, coordinate with the customer organisation where it controls the record, and confirm the outcome or explain any further action needed by email. Reply to that email thread to ask for status. Requests are handled within the time required by applicable law; we do not promise automatic immediate deletion.
4. What is removed and what may remain
Depending on the verified request, removal can include stored Facebook account/Page identifiers and tokens, imported lead fields, related CRM records and account information. We stop using the information for the deleted purpose. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, dispute or security reasons; we explain applicable limitations.
Restricted backup copies remain until their configured expiry and are not used in normal service processing. Delete downloaded exports and clear offline browser/app storage on devices you control. Deletion in this service does not delete information held independently by Facebook or another recipient.
